Hygiene is a huge problem for males, particularly internet addicts. Sometimes I used to go for days without a shower. It's true and it was gross. A shower is so easy to have and it not only makes you smell better but also wakes you up. You should be having a shower ideally twice a day.
Here are a few tips you should take on to get the most out of your hygiene:
Use a tongue scraper
Tongue scrapers are a magical device that cleans your tongue. Did you know that most of your bad breathe actually comes from that yellow and white crap on your tongue ? It's true. Getting a tongue scraper did me wonders, I no longer have bad, smelly breath. The chicks dig it.
New underwear
A lot of people wear underwear for years without buying new ones. I realized I was wearing underwear from several years ago, just imagine how many times you've worn them. If they have holes they've got to go.
Under-arm deodorant
The roll on stuff works the best, I've found Nivea for men to be the ebst for me. I can go hours without smelling bad.
Cologne - it's expensive but worth it
Cologne is awesome, I spend bucketloads of cash on it every couple of months or so. People think cologne costs an arm and a leg and it's only for special occasions. Whatever. You can buy cologne fairly cheap and cologne should be worn whenever you go out. It should have a powerful, yet not overwhelming scent.
Cut your nails
Over time stuff gets under your nails, this is a breeding ground for bacteria. Cutting your nails will prevent this. Or if you don't want to cut your nails for some reason, just use a nail scraper.
Brush your teeth twice a day
I shouldn't have to tell you this, once in the morning and then once in the afternoon. Simple.
Theres a few things you can work on to improve your hygiene! part two will come tommorow
Aww yea, can't wait for part 2.

ReplyDeletegreat post. following you
ReplyDeleteI don't like cologne, I just use deodorant and mostly smell natural. I've been told I smell good several times. I make sure I get a shower every day, but my skin dries out if I do it any more. I'll suck it up if I've been sweating though.
